Michael E. Grueschow is an experienced trial attorney and experienced social security disability administrative hearing attorney with a tradition of winning his clients' cases and claims or obtaining favorable settlements on their behalf. Attorney Grueschow's clients benefit from his thirty (30) years of experience as an attorney and counselor at law.

Michael handles criminal defense cases, including: felonies, misdemeanors and traffic offenses; social security disability claims and appeals; divorce and family law including adoption; all personal injury, accident cases and wrongful death cases; juvenile court cases including: Paternity, Custody, Visitation, Child Support, Dependency, Neglect and Abuse claims, and Juvenile Delinquent Criminal Defense and Traffic Offenses; Wills and Estates, including: Estate planning, Living Wills, Trusts, and powers of Attorney, and all other Civil cases and trials in State and Federal Courts in Ohio; as well as Ohio and Federal Court appeals, both criminal and civil cases.

Mr. Grueschow is a former Assistant Portage County Prosecuting Attorney. He also practiced law in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio for ten (10) years specializing as a trial attorney in personal injury, accident and wrongful death cases as well as work injury cases. He practices in Portage, Summit, Cuyahoga, Trumbull, Mahoning, Stark, Medina  and other Ohio counties, as well as in United States Federal District Court, and handles appeals in Ohio Courts of Appeal, The Supreme Court of Ohio and Federal Court.

Attorney Grueschow has tried more than one-hundred and seventy-five (175) civil and criminal cases to a jury during his career, as well as handled over two thousand (2000) administrative claims and appeals, including social security disability claims and appeals.

Mr. Grueschow's legal staff includes a legal assistant, Meleah Livengood, with more than five 5) years of experience.

Attorney Grueschow has a winning tradition in obtaining successful results for his clients at trial or by settlement  of his clients' cases and claims during his thirty (30) years in the legal profession.
